2020 has been very challenging for everyone, and particularly for those working in the travel and hospitality industry. There have been lots of setbacks, which we overcame with resilience, compassion and optimism.

It will take more time and patience, but hotels will surely see a great comeback this year. Lockdowns will end, restrictions will ease, borders will reopen, and occupancy levels will bounce back.
